Currently i need only one item in order to see the finished results. A person who can make such device and will present a sample (sketch) of his work will be offered a full time job from home or in our office in Europe with a salary of 1500 Euros at the probation period.

Bluetooth data access - The device can be accessed, configured and data can be downloaded wireless via Bluetooth through any Bluetooth enable computer. The range of the wireless communication is up to 100meters.
3 track reader - Reads all three tracks of the magnetic cards. The reader exceeds the industry’s standard and supports 75 to 210bpi density on every track. Swiping speed can vary from as low as 3ips ([url removed, login to view]) to as high as 100ips (254 cm/s).
Reads interrupted swipes in both directions - When a swipe is interrupted, the data that has been read is saved and analyzed by a highly efficient algorithm that is able to correctly interpret and display the data.
