Native Spanish speaker required for WooCommerce site setup

I’m looking for someone to setup a WooCommerce Multivendor marketplace in the Spanish language and English.
You MUST have a native level of written/spoken Spanish and conversational level of English.
The site is selling legal CBD (cannabidiol) to the Spanish market.
You need to be able to setup and maintain the Wordpress and WooCommerce in multi language and multi vendor mode. This is setup to allow multiple vendors to create their own accounts on the site, add “shopfront”, and then add many products into their own “store”.
E.g. chilliman’s store [login to view URL]
We need to specify a suitable WooCommerce capable template, install and configure it.
Initial additional plugins:
- Email Broadcast list per site and per store.
- Product review module for each
- Bitcoin payment gateway
Need linux skills to setup the site via SSH e.g. Setup SSL hosting Let’s Encrypt. Backup the database, secure the server etc.
We you need to have experience of setting up Bitcoin and fiat payment gateways in WooCommerce. Initially we will just install a bitcoin gateway.
Once this initially project has been completed successfully we will move to hourly billing. This is a long term project and for the right person can be whatever they want it to be. We are open to deeper involvement and partnership going forward.
