We are looking for a person to do basic administration work on a as needed basis. We need someone with Microsoft Word Skill. The work involves copying data from one report template to a different report template. Basically it is changing on template to another. You will then create a folder with the report and insert the documents in PDF and MW into the files. We will supply the work via dropbox.
MUST have excellent English Skills and an understanding of MS templates.
MUST have reviews to apply for this position. We have attached a copy of the documents you will be editing.
1. You will convert the first attachment into the same template (different logo). So you can either re-do the the report or just change the formating.
2. You will add the report details and field to our spreadsheet.
3. If there are reports for the same property you will add them underneath each other on the spreadsheet.
4. With same reports you will add them to the same report box.
5, We will share reports via dropbox.
