I need a word and pdf expert for editing forms

We as a business have now been running for over 100 years. Due to this we have updated our logo and are looking to update all our forms with this. The main issue is that all our form headers and styles are slightly different due to the complexities with word rearranging items. We are looking for someone to progress through and start aligning all our form headers and footers as well as the text style and size to ensure they all conform to the same style as well as replacing our logo and to look at perhaps producing alternative versions of our form in PDF to allow signature to be able to be placed in. Currently we have unprotected sections of our Word forms to allow clients to insert images of their signature. We currently have roughly 100 forms so would look at doing several key forms and if the work is satisfactory then setting up an arrangement to slowly go through and alter the rest.
