465648 some problem with my wordpress site

Hi there, my site in Arabic

and I want to fix these proplem:

1- Fix the pic in categories, as you can see in the slide here, the pic for the test1 is there but in the CP I put this pic for test2, not test1, and in the site it show in test1, but still in the CP show me that the pic is in test2, and here is the pic:

2- Make the write in the slide to be from right to left, as you can see the Arabic language is write from the right to the left, and in the categories description it is not good as you can see

the write should be more like this:

3- Report error doesn't support Arabic, when someone try to send report in Arabic it comes to my mail as strange characters اااااه, I had someone to work for this before, but he fix it then the problem come back in the same day.
