Website Design (4-5 pages)

[login to view URL] i want it patterned after [login to view URL] (to some extent) Just a 4-5 page site with a live running blog on the front page that archives daily strea,ing stock ticker at top of screen and affliate ads/banners strategically placed on the sides of the page. Looking at focal equity, how much is this going to cost I transferred my nameservers to Hostgator already and am ready to go....just cant find template...
