configure WP theme and db importer

This is a simple project I have - a bunch of articles - a webhost - an installed fresh version of Wordpress 3.2.1 - a copy of CTR Theme for Wordpress I need - somebody with CTR theme experience and Google AdWords experience - somebody who configure this theme and make it look a little bit good - a simple php script to add stuff into the wordpress database I need to backdate a lot of content so need a simple date/title/content/tags form The finished project is a completely working wordpress site with some test content and working adwords, ready so I can start to convert my database.
