Build Conversion tracking from third Party Website into my website

Job Description:
I am a merchant processing company with a Bluehost Wordpress site. I have a WPform set-up on my website for potential customers to 'Apply Now'. I now have a banner created that will be placed on third party websites. I want to be able to track within my wordpress site when these banners are clicked and if that re-directed person fills out the 'Apply Now' on my webpage as the referring sites will be paid a commission. I have setup a Google analytics for the website and researched both MonsterInsights and Google Site Kit for the required data but now need the expertise to make it work properly with the correct plugins
