I'm attempting to migrate a website to new host. I have a BackupBuddy zip file uploaded to the new host and [login to view URL], but it stalls on step 2 of the restore process, and shows some errors in the error log.
I will give you the backupbuddy restore password, my iThemes logon and password for forum posting to get technical support, my FTP and cPanel for the new host. You may need to manually unzip, manually setup database. Or maybe there is some hidden problem. Do I have lightspeed server causing problems? I don't know. Is there a workaround, I don't know. My workday is too busy for me to investigate and fix this migration problem, so I need someone to figure it out and fix it for me. Must be free to start immediately. Must tell me so.
A nice fellow from Africa tried already, but couldn't connect to my host or cpanel, perhaps the nameservers hadn't propogated there yet. He had to abandon the work, so I'm reposting it. This time, please check that veritasimaging dot ca/[login to view URL] shows a site maintenance message, indicating you can connect.
