Build a module in WordPress website

I own a WordPress website. It's related to education and learning. I want to add a few features like payment gateway, packages, buy packages, track booking, booking reminder.
Below is the scenario that I want to build:
Admin can create different packages which include different line items with different frequency. for example, there are 2 packages one is for beginners includes 2 guidance call and 1 mock interview. And another package called Pro contains 4 guidance call and 2 mock interviews. Now I want students can book any package by paying package amount, after successful payment student and admin can view there booking in my booking section and can also track the status of there activities like what activities are completed and what activities are pending
