Build out and configure a Wordpress site.

I have a Wordpress installation that needs to be built out and configured. You will not be responsible for adding the content, you will be creating the shell. You will have to brand the theme to the company logo and ensure that the theme of the site matches across all the sections of the website, including the plugins. We will be starting with a commercial theme and a handful of commercial plugins they are:
* Cyberchimps Techmo theme ([login to view URL])
* Awesome Support ticketing support system ([login to view URL])
* Wordfence ([login to view URL])
* WP Offload Media ([login to view URL])
* Amazon AWS CDN and Elasticache ([login to view URL])
* Akismet Spam Protection ([login to view URL])
* bbPress ([login to view URL])
* Yoast SEO Premium ([login to view URL])
You will also be responsible for advising me of additional plugins that may be helpful or needed to accomplish the build out so the build out meets the goals as outlined.
The goal of this Wordpress build out:
1) create a professional company presence on the internet
1a) must be easy to update the content and photos of the website
1b) must be easy to add new pages to the site as it grows
2) create a section within the site to host a blog
3) create a support ticketing system for users to report issues
3a) Awesome Support will be the ticketing system
3b) the branding must match the main site
4) Site hosted in AWS - I will assist with infrastructure configurations
4a) media stored in S3 - WP Offload Media
4b) AWS CDN and ElastiCache - W3 Total Cache
The web site should have a clean and professional look and user friendly interfaces based on the Techmo theme from Cyberchimps. I would be willing to consider other themes if you have a suggestion. The sections of the website are:

* Forum
A page or plugin should be configured for each of the sections.
