Ai directory website list in WP

Job Description:
I want to create a website that lists about 3000 Ai website links, kind of like a directory website I came across [login to view URL]
I have a theme in mind for the WordPress site. [login to view URL] mainly for the background and menu style in the navigation part of the layout. I have an idea as how the listings will work and look on the home page. i am guessing the layout is like a blogging website i am wanting?
Basically there would be a home page with a menu like the example website i gave the link to above.
There would have to be a left column/sidebar where there would be a featured column of Ai websites descending down the column/sidebar.
There would have to be a right column/sidebar where the months of the posts are located like on the [login to view URL] website also if you click on a month it takes you to that position on the home page of when the blog post was written.
In the content part of the website we would need 2 or 3 columns (ideally 3) where the Ai website details would be posted. If you refer to the picture i have attached named (ai listing style) you will see how i want the Ai website listings to be layout out in little boxes in the 3 columns. They will have to have some sort of borders around each listing. I also want a mousse over type set up when you hover over/mousse over the box similar to [login to view URL] you will notice if you click on any where in the box it takes you to a page where further details of the listing are displayed. i would need this also. perhaps a similar set up to [login to view URL] or i am flexible. perhaps you have some ideas?
I would need a basic footer for the website.
I would need a page similar to the timeline on [login to view URL]
I would need a page similar to the get featured on [login to view URL]
I am not sure how we can pull the information of the 3000 or so listings that i want for my website? can this be done via a spreadsheet or something?
