Install Google fonts locally in Wordpress

Hello community,
we run a website with the "Constructo" theme by anpstheme ([login to view URL]). The European GDPR regulation now forces us to disconnect the Google fonts used from the Google server and integrate the fonts locally.
The aim of the work:
- The fonts used should be integrated locally.
- When testing at [login to view URL], the page must no longer be connected to Google servers.
Mandatory time target: July 6, 2022 (CET)
I'm looking for someone who can do this professionally and within the given time frame.
System info: Wordpress 5.5.9, WPBakery Page Builder 6.0.3, Theme Constructo 4.1.1. by AnpsThemes.
