Macro/Meal Plan Calculator

Knowledge of IIFYM/Macros is beneficial but not essential. I have a macro calculator that gives the user their macros (carbs/fat/protein/calories) to eat in order to meet their goals (weight loss/gain). The user can take these results and eat what they want to fit within those figures.
I want to take those figures and based on pre-determined calculations and additional questions to be completed by the user, generate a meal plan through integration with an API such as MyFitnessPal.
Please post with any similar experience or message with thoughts around how this would be done.
