We are looking for a longterm relationship.
We have a network of sites which are managed by sever users. every user has their own page and can edit the profile and post ads. Please have a look at my drawings of what we need.
We want to create an easy way for the users to manage their profile and the ads they place (blogs/custom post type) in a new site (let's call this the CORE ENTRY SITE) which will be used to manage the profile and ads.
Every week users can post new ads.
If this doesn't happen we want the script to pick an ad from the "evergreen" category where the user has ads posted.
CORE ENTRY SITE has a login and userroles like WPsite has. Admin has some rights and user as well.
User can login. Than sees two options:
can be edited with editor text and photo. There is a header image and profile image and logo image and name user.
It also shows which sites the user is active.
* Social media profiles* (see below)
categories per user:
- Archive (can be republished)
- Evergreen (if there is no new add in a specific week, this is programmed it picks 1 ad automatically)
* Holiday option. User can check weeks he is on holiday or not available. Than it publishes an AD with not available message. User sees checkbox for all weeks of the year.
Place new Ad in 3 steps.
1. put title and desription (text only)
2. add photo from library or make one with camera from phone (The image is resized to specific format to save serverspace). The image is the featured image.
3. pick weeks published (Option A: show current week + 8 coming weeks Option B: show 52 weeks of the year. Both check current week). pick checkbox "evergreen" if done select months evergreen. (Evergreen is only used in those months/weeks). pick publish to (shows sites selected + *Social media*). All sites are checked but user has option to uncheck.
ADMIN selects per USER
- our own sites to post the ADS. Simply checkbox for sites. Like site A, B, C, D etc. (we can name it). Admin has to be able to add new sites and connect it to databases and what is needed to publish it well.
PUBLISH TO OTHER SITES.
Now we have the offers in the CORE ENTRY SITE they have to pushed to OTHER SITES (as mentioned just above her).
We want the new sites we own to use the same image library to save space and time in pushing the ADS form CORE ENTRY SITE to OTHER SITES WE OWN.
That is why we want the CORE ENTRY SITE media library be the media libray for all OTHER SITES WE OWN.

The OTHER SITES WE OWN have stats. We want the number of views to go back to this page. So stats/view info goes back to CORE ENTRY SITE in stats area.
We also would like the sites to send back the "live" link. Once an add goes live it shows a link to the live add.
If an Add is edited it changes the adss in OTHER SITES WE OWN.
Images for the design and maybe clarification / visualisation from the CORE ENTRY SITE. Mobile first. Most important is functionality of the whole project. See example for indiciation. with mockups.
We release milesstones when everything is working perfect.
