I need plugin for wordpress

I have website based on elementro wordpress. there should be added callculator with 3 different conditions.
1. Private year callculation
for example my date of birth is 13.09.1994 it will be callculated like this (1+3+0+9+1+9+9+4)=36 (total number) then this 36 will be also like 3+6=9 (total number) 9=one of description that will be printed out to screen as a answer. Like this 9 combinations of answer
2. Private month callculation
Our private year is 9 and for this we add current month. Current months is 1 (january) it will be 10
9+1=10 ==== 1+0=1 1 should print out description as answer
3. Private day
Private year + Private months + 13 (date that we showed in the beginning)
9+1+13=23 ==== 2+3=5 === 5 should print out description as answer
Each callculatings has 9 combinations so overall 27 answers.
