New Page of a Wordpress site and integration of contact forms

Good morning, we need an update of a website that is written in English
Objective:
A new Tab must be created, in which relevant information about the members of the association can be displayed. The idea is that members of the association can send the information to the website through one or two contact forms.
Items to do:
The work will consist in the following:
1) From the back end creation of a new Tab -, working with Wordpress 5.6 and Avada Theme. This implies creating a new Page in the Avada Theme.
2) Creation of 1 or 2 forms in which the members of the association can send the standardized information through the web. For example, this contact form could include the member's name, activity it wants to advertise, date, website, etc., and a short summary with a maximum of words.
3) Search of images and integration in the new web page.
