Scrape variable woocommerce products, categories - Create and update these

I am looking for a script (created as a wordpress plugin for woocommerce) with that a whole website (also running with woocommerce) can be scraped.
Every found product (scraped by navigation or sitemap) should be created as variations.
Example links:
Base product: [login to view URL]
Variant 1: [login to view URL]
Variant 2: [login to view URL]
Variant 3: [login to view URL]
If the variant is out of stock it will display an error: "Please Select Variant".
Probably this can also be identified through schema markup.
Required data to be created:
Categories and products linked to these (some products do exist in multiple categories and are just linked and are NOT multiple unique products)
Product name
Product description
Product image imported to own woocommerce site and renamed to product title ([login to view URL])
Variant name
Variant description
Variant price
These must be regularly updated (especially the price and stock). Where stock here just means either it is enabled or disabled. No quantity is required.
Name and description updates should be displayed somewhere and manually asked to wether override or keep current ones. (this happens very rarely, probably just once in couple of months).
Price and Stock Updates must be done possible every 15 minutes.
Script must be able to use proxies (preferable a service with residential rotating proxies). To make sure that updates will be working at all times.
