You will be the single point of accountability for the day to day Social Media Management

Tasks (Week 1+2)
[url removed, login to view] process to conduct phone interviews on topics, converting interview into a)blog format and b) podcast
2. Organizing and systemizing our social media posting using our editorial calendar
3. Developing RSS feed so we can quickly review and curate articles
4. Organizing our Hubspot CRM and sales process to achieve established benchmarks
5. Organizing, updating calendars, agendas, schedule etc.
6. Developing canned responses to email inquiries
7. Developing process to send out Mailchimp newsletters
8. Scheduling posting and marketing of blogs to ~4 platforms and reporting analytics
9. Managing Website’s (SEO/ social media (LinkedIn, HARO, Twitter,)
1. Documenting the process for each of the above
2. Proposing efficiencies
3. Automating the process so non-tech savvy person (ie me) can handle it
If you complete these tasks early, I'll give a bonus proportionate to the time saved. E.g. Complete task 50% early, 50% bonus pay.
