Update And Configure A New Template/Theme On My WordPress Food Blog.

I have a very successful food blog at [login to view URL] however it seriously need an upgrade to a more functional, mobile friendly and spectacular look to compliment the content. Here are the basics of what I need done...
- install and configure new template (I will provide)
- upgrade to latest Word Press
- delete and reinstall new plugins (make suggestions on which are important and reflect today's blogging/indexing)
- remove all unnecessary (old) coding
- remove all current ads on the current version of the website
- install new ad rotating plugin (I currently use the free Adrotate plugin)
- add new ads (I will provide and assist the necessary codes from my advertisers)
- add new google tracking (create a new one for stats)
- new pages - video page (where all my YouTube videos will be located and people will be able to video. While all videos should show in thumbnails, they must open in a new window. Pull the tile and description from YouTube if possible and add ads on each video page.
- redo the media page so it's more engaging
- redo the recipe index page so it shows title and a thumbnail for each recipe.
- install a chat forum (we can discuss this to see if it makes sense)
- a new logo would be nice to have as well.. but keeping it same color and sort of design as the current.
