UPS shipping calculation based on weight and destination

Budget $30-250 USD

Templatic Emporium currently only offers price and weight-based shipping. I need it to offer different shipping options (express, ground, etc.), as well as calculate real time (communicating with UPS) accurate shipping based on weight and destination for all orders. HELP!
