Wordpress plugin and theme optimization for job postings

The project is about a wordpress website running on the team Coacha and using the plugin WP Job Manager.
The goal is to have 2 separate job submission forms on different pages. As people could post jobs about board positions and job positions.
The details are below:
-In the menu at the top, we want to have 3 pages: Board recruitment, Executive recruitment, and Opportunities.
-In Board recruitment, the current page and all its fields are ok. So, we'll keep that. But before people being able to see the board recruitment submission page, they should pay a certain fee and only then they could see it.
-In Executive recruitment, we want to have a similar form except removing and adding in a few labels. This one is for free
-In opportunities we want people to see them. This one is for free
