wordpress woffice expert customize

Hi there!
I need someone who can help me make some customizations to the theme Woffice (please check the link from envato market).
Basically we need someone who can help us achieve different functions that the theme itself does not have built in, this is a constant work so we need a person that can be there for us for this project.
It is important to mention that this is an intranet theme that is already working and has real users on it, also, this intranet is set to Spanish Mexico so it would be the best (not mandatory) that the professional that works with us understands the language.
The functions that we need in the first milestone are the following:
Add a custom tag to the calendar (Woffice Calendar) called “Privado” (private), this tag used be used for users that need to publish their personal schedule and it should be only visible for the user itself and not by other (for now all the users can see all the events in the calendar).
Add dynamic forms so the users can fill them out and get a PDF as a result, we will send you the specifications needed in order to achieve this.
