Project Description

Project Name:

UI Prototype in WPF

We have a wireframe (mockup screen diagrams) in place and we need a WPF UI project be created with screens designed accordingly.

Must have:

Expertise in WPF 4.0, Localisation, XAML, styles and theming

Very good understanding creating UI for best User Experience

Prior experience of creating aesthetically superior and appealing UI projects and screens using WPF 4.0

Expertise in creating UI in WPF which is adaptable to different resolutions on Desktop machines

Hands on experience in creating themeable UI with clear separation of themes and actual UI elements

Ability to create UI that can be localised easily for different languages like Chinese, English etc.

Knowledge of C# and basics of .NET

At the end of the project we are expecting a WPF project source code that qualifies following:

Screens must be created using the wireframe design. There are in all 15 screens. The screens should be using the best applicable WPF UI controls to make it as maintainable and high performing as possible.

It should be very easy to change theme of all the screens and this must be centralised. Also it should be very easy to apply new theme without any change in the actual UI. We would like 2 different and contrasting themes to be delivered.

Preferred color palette : blue, sky-blue, white, orange (use gradients wherever helps)

All the labels, text, numbers etc. that are present on UI should be localisable. In future we should easily be able support different languages. All text must be stored in resources and not in the UI element itself.

The UI will be used on desktop machine. It should be adaptable to different resolutions.
