22468 Canada domain registration CP

We are looking for a complete registrar system for .ca domain names. Information regarding .ca name registration can be found at [login to view URL] - Documentation regarding the API and programming can be found at [login to view URL] We need a customer management system that would allow each customer to manage all features of their domain such as DNS, Contact Information, etc... A good example of this would be the enom domain management interface. Alternatively, integration into AWBS software would also work Payment will be managed through Paypal and PsiGate We will also require a basic API to allow integration from AWBS (Dramsystems). --- Note: This project must be fully completed on our servers before payment is made. We have had too many problems with programmers recently with incomplete work or just leaving us high and dry. We will need to have this working on our servers before releasing payment. You will be paid once the work is done, but please take note of this before bidding as it is a requirement. We are a 12 year old company and we always pay.
