Flash logo requirements
The logo should be in shape of a flower with 8 petals in different colors.
On mouse hover, the flower should bloom (expand) with a nice animation (petals rolling to the outside), over the site contents, but without resizing the initial DIV in which it was placed.
Areas between the petals should be transparent or semitransparent with a glow.
Each petal, when hovered, should get highlighted (perhaps a glow effect) and display a tooltip. Right under it. The tooltips should use fade in/out effects to appear / disappear.
Each petal should always display a PNG/GIF image icon, fed from the XML (see below)
The tooltips should contain HTML.
Each petal, when clicked, should open an URL in a new browser window.
When the flower is expanded and the mouse is over the center, the petals should spin around the center of the flower in a clockwise motion. A complete cycle should be done in 15 seconds.
When the mouse leaves the center of the flower and hovers a petal, the cyclic motion should stop and the petal should generate the tooltip.
When clicking the center of the flower, the current browser window should be redirected to an URL.
When the mouse leaves the flower, it contracts back to the initial state.
An XML file residing in the same web directory as the SWF will contain the petal links and icons (absolute URLs, url-encoded), tooltips HTML, and flower center link.
(if you read this far, please start your bid text with FLASHLOGO. if you don't start your bid text with that, you are obviously going to waste our time.)
You must suggest the tooltip shape, form, animation.
Size: initial state, 80x80 px , expanded 200x200px
Feel free to suggest other colors for the petals if you think you can make it look nicer.
Also, if you can suggest glow effects for the petals, please show me examples.
Please no junk bids. If you don't read the description, DONT BID. No scammers - will only pay upon completion, via GAF ONLY. No requests to change budget please, we can only add a good review and more work if you are good.
