Create an XML to PDF, make a simple program or write a conversion script in AHK

Hi, I need to convert easily (eg right click, or drag and drop) an XML file to a single page PDF of the attached XML file. Stylesheet included.
I'm happy for someone to use Autohotkey to perform this, it doesn't have to look exactly like the PDF included, as long as the data is all on one page.
Hopefully a simple project, but it needs to be quick for me to convert the document rather than loading it into Internet explorer then printing to PDF which is cumbersome and time consuming.
