improve vba-function xpath, finding correct @href

In VBA-Access 2010 I use Msxml2.DOMDocument.6.0 in combination with selectSingleNode(Xpath-string). I try to find the correct @href with the command "ns20:StukdeelRef[contains(@href," & IMKADAkrStukdeel & ")]" but doesn't work, I get a wrong node. I have the xml-files and function for you. Max € 20.
