Job Description:
• E-Invoice in XML format
• QR Code: Required only for Simplified e-Invoice and their associated notes. It must be printed on the invoice and includes below information
o The Seller’s name
o Seller’s VAT Registration number
o Time stamp of the invoice (date and time)
o Invoice total
o VAT total
Phase 2 Requirements:
These are the additional requirements on top of Phase 1 requirements
• E-Invoice in XML format includes below additional fields
o Additional Seller Id
o Additional Buyer Id (Not applicable for export or sale to non-taxable person)
o Line Item: Discount or Rebate percentage, if provided at line-item level
o Line Item: Subtotal exclusive of VAT
o Line Item: Tax Code
o Line item: Subtotal inclusive of VAT
o Invoice level discount or rebate percentage
o Invoice taxable amount
o Rounding payable amount
o Payment Method
o Bank account details if mode of payment is by credit
o UUID
o Cryptographic stamp
