Ive downloaded and customising the Distributor Management App in Zoho Creator. I have a few changes to be made for phase one of he customisation.
1. Order & Sales. The default setting is that firstly user have to create the order and pick the order number in Sales in order to create Sales with the same infomartion.
- I would require a workflow that the user would only required to create Sales. The order status are to be included in the Sales field.
2. Purchase & Inventory. The default setting is all received purchase stocks will be captured into Inventory and can be tranfered manually to the respective Warehouse. Its 2 process again.
- I would like to incorporate the warehouse into the purchase where the stocks will be captured direcly to the selected warehouse skipping the inventory tab completely.
[login to view URL] & Purchase (Price Book). Both the Sales and Purchase doesnt capture the Product Price and have to be entered manually.
-I would like to create a multiselect or lookup on diffferent pricing tiers fetched from product page >custom price fields. This look up are to be included within the Sales & Purchase page and the products sales price will reflect according to the price book and the products choosen.
This requirement would be the initial customization only. Please advise the time and cost required to complete the tasks above. Thank you.
