We would like you to help us migrate our systems to Zoho One.
We are a small simple business (4 FTES). We sell online and take orders over the phone.
We currently use Zoho CRM for sales. Quickbooks for accounts, Excel for Inventory and Google Sheets for order processing, tracking and management, and Outlook for email. We would like all these systems consolidated into Zoho One.
A key success factor is to have end to end order processing, from first customer contact to final receipt of payment.
Your role is to:
1) Understand our business process and requirements
2) Configure Zoho One to meet requirements
3) Support the migration of data
There are two key deadlines:
The migration needs to be finished 24th August.
We need to test the system and train staff by w/c 19th August.
We need to test the Quickbooks element by 29th July.
