The Talent Success Team connects talent on our platform with Enterprise clients through different initiatives. Our Talent Networkers are in charge of screening and curating the best talent on our platform.
You can identify Talent Networkers and Talent Success Managers by ‘Freelancer Staff’ being displayed under their name on the purple chat box generated by their reachout.
Can I share my contact details with Talent Networkers?
Yes, sharing contact details with Talent Success is not against our terms of service. Talent Networkers might ask for a CV, phone, email and any kind of contact information without this affecting your records.
Before you share contact details with any user, make sure to check that ‘Freelancer staff’ is displayed under their username, and that the chat box you are talking on is purple and not black.
What is the benefit of having my skills validated?
Validating your skills is the best way to show potential clients that they don’t need to focus on confirming your expertise: Talent Success already has!
Your validated skills will be reflected in your profile, bids and searches on the directory, automatically making you stand out from the crowd!
Our screening process also opens the door to all Enterprise projects!
CV sharing and video call interviews are always part of the eligibility process for Enterprise projects, regardless of how great your experience is or how many similar projects you have worked on already.
Freelancers that complete Enterprise projects have more visibility on the platform and are prioritized for future projects from Enterprise clients.

How much does it cost?
Applying to have your skills validated is free of charge. Once your application is approved, a $49 charge will be requested in order to be accepted and processed on the platform.
Once processed you will be contacted by a dedicated Talent Networker who will assist you through the different assessments and stages of the validation process.
