It is not easy to hire international experts to work on local projects due mostly language barriers and cultural understandings. What is required in Canada is not fully understood the differences in temperature and government rules and regulations. We had about 85 submissions but Mr. Pedro Alonso stood out with his ability to read the project instructions, understand the sample photo and submitting the changes needed to meet local Canadian requirements. Other contest participants submitted their understand of the Canadian project but did not appreciate that our buildings are covered in 2 feet of snow during winter month. They did not respond to the changes required to meet the contest objections. Others just submitted one of their photos that had no correlation to the contest. Anyway, Pedro stuck with the changes requested and provided professional renderings that the client appreciated. I highly recommend Pedro Alonso for your architect, rendering needs. I will be using him in other project we have in Canada.
