Hello, I am Francesca, and I am a native Italian speaker living in the UK. I’m a fast reader and a fast writer, either in English (in which I’m fluent) and Italian. I have ten years’ experience in customer services with commercial attitude and back office, six of them in the financial sector, involving mainly communications with clients, others department or financial advisors of other companies, colleagues' training and problem-solving. I have many interests, theatre (I have practise theatre courses for four years), cooking (I got two years experience in different kitchens in the UK with great references between fine dining, Gordon Ramsey’s group and Michelin star), reading and travelling. I’m a perfectionist who enjoy hard work and who's got a habit of doing it fast!
