Fix HTML/CSS Site Issues

I would not recommend this guy to anyone who doesn't want to waste their time with a developer who may or may not know how to complete your project. I messaged him to confirm all the work that needed to be done in our project. He confirmed and agreed. Once hired, he realized he couldn't complete the project as he didn't know how to combine css files easily without manually doing it (even though we confirmed this before hiring). I proposed an easier plan to him, he has since gone AFK. Very unprofessional to agree to work and then go back on your word because you did not realize or understand what needed to be done.

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE! Constant micromanagement was necessary. Not even with that the project was not completed. He deliver code that was not working properly. Total waste of time!
