As Dialer Manager, I supported 7 separate dialers and ran dialing campaigns for three different CCS office locations. As orders came in from CCS floor managers, I would survey dialing resources available to me and distribute campaign loads accordingly. Once thecampaigns were started, up to a hundred collection agents would sign on and receive calls. I would also troubleshoot, maintain and keep detailed records on dialer operations.

that would arise from the dialers are: Connectivity to the Voip/MUX devices, power to the dialer, or Intel Dialogic card issues. I also
