Responsible of: - Writing mechanical specifications based on client and international standards. - Managing and monitoring the specification requirements using the software IBM Rational DOORS. - Development of the functional analysis and the risk analysis tools like the FTA (Failure tree analysis) and FMEA. - Making drafts of different solutions that respect client requirements. - Lead design revue meetings with clients. - Development and design of the chosen solution using the CAD tools (Pro/Engineer wildfire 3.0, Pro/Engineer wildfire 4.0/ Engineer wildfire 5.0/ Creo Parametric 1.0) - Managing the CAD files using PDM Link Windchill 10.0 (Product Data Manager). - Preparing the pre-implementation plan to the electronic team to make the pcb routing. - Making tolerance tack-up analysis GD&T. - Making numerical simulation using Pro Mechanica (static, dynamic, and thermal analysis). - Making parts and assembly plans according to the ISO dimensioning. - Samples and rapid prototypes control. - Prepare 3D Print Prototypes - Participate in the elaboration of the industrial mounting process. - Elaboration of the justification report.
