Fix my broken Twitter API Google Apps Script

This debugging job required Twitter API access. I hired Erzhan on April 6. He didn't tell me until April 13 that he had no access and was in the midst of requesting it. Finally he began work on April 14. He ran into an error I hadn't seen before. I don't know programming so I deferred to him on what to do. I was willing to pay him and end the job if he couldn't fix the error or if it needed too much work outside this job's scope/pay. He never replied again. He canceled our milestone on April 22.
