The new building of Appeal Court in Shkodër is designed as a three-storey building located at the entrance to the city of Shkodra, Albania. It occupies an area of 900 square meters and contains two penal court rooms, tree civil court rooms and all the other related offices and facilities. Exterior is designed as an heavy, clean and compact architecture considering its destination.
The windows are settled in such a way that makes illegible floor leveling. The main entrance of the building is done via a structural glass façade. The entire exterior is lined with two-toned tiles. At the quote of 5.76m, is lined a belt with blue mosaic which divides the entire volume of the building into two superimposed parts.
Interior is designed in a three-dimensional development which means that different rooms are combined with each other vertically having different floor heights. Thus the penal court rooms in the ground floor have the altitude of 6.3m while other facilities have th

Appeal Court Building in Shkodër, Albania

The hotel has a small restaurant in the ground floor, a relatively wide lobby and a sweeming pool of 60 sq meters. In the upper floors there are 15 hotel-rooms and a service room in the top floor. In the basement are situated 11 parking places. This hotel uses a big surface of 40sq meters, oriented south, as a water solar panel.

Bank of Albania has celebrated on November 2012 the new Building of Monetary Emission which I am the Architect. This Building is situated in the East Periphery of Tirana, the Capital of Albania. Its Function is to preserve, emit and control the printed Albanian currency.
