Key Responsibilities: o Type letters, memos, minutes of meetings and other correspondence and documents and distribute to relevant parties. o Log incoming and outgoing correspondence and update the Managers on all outstanding issues. o Handle all incoming and outgoing mails, correspondences (in both Arabic and English languages) and other means of communications between the office and third parties (e-mails, telephone, fax, etc). o Archive all confidential documents pertaining to the Company . o Follow
