HospMentor

The Australian Hospitality Mentor is a unique organisation that guides your business on a journey to winning awards and making bigger profits. Our consultants have at least a decade and a half of experience each in the hospitality industry and have extensive experience building profitable businesses. They have worked as successful managers for small, medium and large award winning businesses including some of the most profitable and cutting edge hospitality enterprises in the world. Our consultants also have a strong business analyst background - we know exactly what sets the highly successful and profitable apart from the rest. Being highly profitable in any business comes down to how a range of critical activities and business management tools are integrated into your every-day operations. We show you what they are and how to use them. We also draw on experts in every field of business including marketing, promotions, law and accounting to give you all of the hard-to-learn tools and knowledge of the specialised but critical areas of business. When all of these tools are combined, your business will boom. The Hospitality Mentor exists because we fulfil a role that accountants cannot perform. In fact, we were created because an accountant asked us to help their clients who were working really hard but weren't profitable. The accountant could only help with financial matters and recognised the need for a business coach specialising in hospitality management.
