Model-Based Deep Reinforcement Learning using Python and PyTorch

He is not expert in the Reinforcement learning field. Took 2 months more than the decided time and didn't complete the project. Very unprofessional. Even slept during an ongoing conversation. He stopped responding after few days. Not recommended.
