The original report alleged that the 17-year-old student made a threat while on a school bus from C.H.S. to Beck Vocational Center. Student Stabbed Multiple Times on School Bus
STEELE, Mo. - A junior high school student is hospitalized with several stab wounds after an altercation on a school bus in Southeast Missouri. Pemiscot County Sheriff Tommy Greenwell says 14-year-old John Moore could have been stabbed as many as 19 times this morning by another 14-year-old boy on the way to school in Steele. The stabbing happened at 7:15 a.m. Wednesday morning on a South Pemiscot School bus at the intersection of Missouri Route "O" and US Highway 61.
