About Me: My name is Joshua Lightfoot and have been interested in music and sound from a very early age. This interest got serious when I was at the young age of 13 where I got my first drum kit. I had many drum lessons and training from the age 13 through til 16. I eventually joined few serious bands located in Manchester, United Kingdom. This experience lasted me until I was 19. I eventually grew tired of performance as I knew music and sound wasn't just about playing the drums, i knew there was something bigger out there for me. When i was 19 i enrolled in Warrington Collegiate on a 3 year course entitled 'Audio Production'. This is where i becomes obsessed with individual composition. This obsession drove me to learn the vast amount of new tools at my creative disposal. I have now graduated from Warrington Collegiate with my Audio Production certification and much knowledge and experience. I wish to use this many years of experience in music/composition and audio/sound to freelance. Experience: 7 Years Performing Music, Collaborative Songwriting, Studio Session Drumming And Self Networking. 3 Years Recording, Developing Artists, Processing/Mixing/Mastering Music, Individual Composition, Live Mixing And Sound Designing.
