"Quality Work - On Time - Excellent Service"
I am professional, prompt and work as hard on my client's project as I would on my own. I don't do anything by halves - a perfectionist with excellent time management and a suite of skills.
From editing YA fantasy novels to technical medical proofreading, transcription, ghostwriting, blog and article writing, social media management, website content, and much more - if a client has needed it, I have created it.
From criminology, running my own online jewellery business to an anthropology degree, I have been writing since I could pick up a pencil. Whether it is formal and academic or fun and creative, send me a message to discuss how I can help you turn words into a story that engages and informs your readers.
If it requires typing, data, research and some word magic, I'm the woman for the job!
Working with Jade was absolutely perfect.
Extremely professional and knows what she's doing. She also never hesitates to give more than what is requested and I really appreciate that.
Looking forward to more projects with her.
In late 2017, I took the plunge to turn my writing hobby into my day job (Page 88 Professional Writing Services). Four years on, and I am still writing every day. Every new project is an opportunity to learn something new and immerse myself in a new topic. If I put a proposal on a project, I intend to not only deliver on the brief but exceed expectations. All my work is guaranteed and I value every client.
Lifeline Darling Downs & South West QLD
Jun 2011 - Present
When I can, I volunteer at Lifeline. I help sort and package donations for Lifeline shops, assist with annual stock-take and anything else needed. My goal in volunteering is to increase efficiency and reduce employee’s workloads (‘big picture’). By supporting staff, more stock makes it to the shops - more profits benefit the community. I see the positive impact Lifeline's counselling, suicide prevention and food hampers (to name a few) have on families and children I work with at DJAG.

I've covered the role and a self-assessment in my CV (attached in portfolio documents).

In 2009, I completed a TESOL course in preparation for my move to China where I would be teaching children English for 12 months. The course not only equipped me for teaching English, but communicating in alternative ways. It was a brilliant course, and I still use the skills I picked up in it to this day.
Arts degree centred around writing, research, and culture.
Minor: Indigenous Studies
Minor: International Relations
I also took additional classes in English Literature to further my skills.

"Humorous, informative and delivered with a touch of pizzazz"
It was a lot of fun to write this article as I had based it on my boyfriend and I was more than happy to publish it myself. I sent it to Elevate Yourself who were stoked to publish it. Think Sex and the City column (AKA Carrie Bradshaw) with extra humour.
