SSAB is a basic steel manufacture located in Iowa. We utilize a variety of Programmable Logic Controllers with Allen Bradley 1756 ControlLogix being the most common. Our Human Machine Interface (HMI) is based on FactoryTalk® by Rockwell Automation. My job includes installation, modification and repair (lots of repair) of all the controllers as well as all the associated instrumentation.

Originally we opened a brick and mortar store in Cedar Bluff, Alabama in which I acted as a silent partner. My wife ran the store while I repaired and modified lighting, built fixtures and hauled merchandise.
