Working from home requires discipline, dedication and determination. I have 7 years experience working from home which has enabled me to acquire skills such as typing, people skills, customer service, transcription, order processing, and sales (to name a few). I have learned to meet and exceed expectations on the tasks I perform. I have run a virtual call center from my home since 2006, which requires vigorous training in all my skills mentioned. Job duties include phone support (inbound and outbound), sales, data entry, order processing, transcription, appointment setting and email.
