I am José Peña, an materials engineer, 3D designer and a maker. My areas of expertise include 3D printing, materials selection, mold designing, product designing, stress analysis and processes manufacturing. So this client brought to me a blade of his cooling tower and i did it reverse engineering with it. I modeled in 3D and 3D printed in two parts in a 3D Robo in plastic ABS. This is where I currently work. In this company I am responsible for the 3D printers and manufacture all parts with 3D printing technology. I am one of the designers and analyze each design to be 3d printed. Working with printers brand Up! 3D, Leapfrog and Robo 3D. We work with various materials, from traditional PLA and ABS, and others like Nylon, T-glasse, PC and Filaflex. I've even repaired Cubex Duo by 3D Systems and Prusa i3 from other customers.
