My aim is always to deliver great service directly or through others and to place the customer at the centre of my work. I am highly organised with a broad range of skills and experience in communication, writing, performance, ICT, project and change management. I am also an 'a capella' singer, a member of a few local choirs and formed a band in April 2012. I enjoy working flexibly, to tight deadlines either on my own or in collaboration.
