This is a Japanese inspired communal house I have started working on. The concept for this house as been in my mind for quite a while. It will have 3 floors and a basement.

The first floor is the working floor with a large central main room, kitchen, dining room, 2 carpeted work rooms and a work room with a wood floor. There are 2 half baths, a 4 person shower room leading into a large communal bath. The outer hallway surrounding most of the floor features a modular wall system for the outer wall with removable window panels allowing the entire hallway to be opened up during warm weather.

Second floor has 8 bedrooms of the same size, 2 half baths and a communal shower room with 2, 2 person shower stalls.

Third floor is planned with 2 master bedrooms with walk-in closets, a full bathroom and a spare room. The master bedrooms are joined together with a wide double set of sliding doors. A wrap around balcony surrounds the entire 3rd floor.

This is a concept design for a multi-suite shopping building which utilizes the roof as a park like recreation area.

The roof would feature a reinforced structure with a thin layer of dirt laid on-top followed by a layer of green turf to give the area a natural look. An additional banister or tall fence might enclose the upper area while the stairs at the sides provide access.

Typical roof accessories, such as HVAC system, would be enclosed in a fence and/or raised up.

About 13 hours of work to reach this stage.
Using mostly stock textures.
